How it works
Personal Development:
What are you struggling with in your life?
Take a look at your career, finances, relationships, personal growth, health and emotions. Where are you experiencing major challenges? Of these, which area most needs your attention at this time? These are some of the questions you are asked to think about when you begin your conversations with us.
Coaching is simply a conversation or a series of conversations, one person has with another. The word ‘coaching’ literally means to transport someone from one place to another. Coaching is about enabling people to create change through learning opportunities where they can marshal their own strengths and experience, in highly effective and meaningful ways.
oneLife believes that individuals are ultimately responsible for their own lives and the power of coaching to empower individuals to act powerfully and positively in their own situations.

Ballymena Student“I was a student when I suffered a horrendous physical and emotional attack which left me feeling isolated, ashamed, guilty and very alone. I didn't want to talk about what happened to me but I knew I needed help without feeling pressure. I went from being motivated, bright and carefree to become withdrawn, suspicious and angry. I expressed this through alcohol and drug abuse as I felt there was nothing left for me. As a last straw my parents contacted oneLife and I spent the next few months working on my confidence and dealing with my feelings. I was worried about how I was going to afford block sessions but Ita explained the ethos of her business is to ensure her fees are flexible so that services are accessible. Today I am at university following my chosen path but the trauma is still there but through coaching I was able to ask for professional help and not feel ashamed doing so and I am still getting on with life. ”
