By telephone:

• Free 30 min telephone session is offered to provide information on first contact only.
• Telephone coaching sessions are available and cost £20 per hour. They are payable in advance by cheque, electronic bank transfer or at previous session.
• A total of one hour interim telephone support is available at no extra cost when you book a set of consecutive sessions.

One to One contact:

• A One-to-one session gives the client opportunity to participate at a more personal level through conversation in a relaxed environment.
• This option is more suitable for those with sensitive issues who prefer a client focussed approach.
• One-to-one sessions are priced at £30 per hour or £150 for 6 consecutive sessions (Last session is free)
• A deposit of £60 is required when booking 6 sessions.
• There may be an additional fee incurred based on travelling distance.
• Personalised development plans are available at an extra cost of £80.

Workshops

• Lead individuals in a group situation to explore common problems and develop suitable strategies.
• Themes such as; confidence, self esteem, mid-life crisis, separation, divorce, redundancy, living with illness, interview skills, loneliness etc.

The Drawing Room:

• The drawing room cultivates social interaction through informal themed gatherings of like minded people. The drawing room aims to improve the quality of their social life by establishing a warm and friendly environment to address their needs.
